💫 Are you leaking your energy like I was?

I was leaking energy and didn't know it...

Someone said something so freeing this week.

As I mentioned in my last email, the inner pressure has been intense. One of the girls in my group said something that instantly dissolved a weight from my body:

(Paraphrasing A Course in Miracles): The mind can't possibly understand matters of spirit.

For the last year - particularly in my dating life - I've spent so much time analyzing everything. Studying every sign (I saw his initials in a license plate - what does it mean?), journaling every encounter that happened and what full moon it occurred on, reading books on how to manifest better.

It's been a major energy leak, taking my focus away from… well… actually living.

When she said this, I knew what it meant for me:

🪄 Can I receive the magic without analyzing it to death?

🌊 Can I stop controlling every move and let God show me what's highest for me?

🔮 Can I stop predicting the future based on what number sequence I saw, and let the process unfold as it's meant to?

Let's be honest. I was an engineering major. By nature, I'm an analytical control freak. I want to understand all of it. In my corporate life, controlling everything was how I became so successful.

But I'm also at a point where I've done this long enough to realize - it doesn't work anymore. I feel like I'm paddling upstream and getting nowhere.

After she said that, I sat with my inner child control freak. She was in my gut space, frantically trying to keep all the levers in the right spots.

I thanked her for her years of service and all the ways she served us. Then, I let her go play and handed the controls to the Universe.

I feel lighter than I have in weeks, and my creative energy is already flowing again.

If you're like me, then maybe this is your message to find where you could… IDK… let go a little.

Stop trying to understand it all - because that's an impossible task anyway.

Live your life, and let the magic do its thing.

"Andrea was so plugged in to me and my higher self that I always felt safe enough to make big discoveries and big revelations. I wasn't charging enough for my services and she showed me, in many different ways, why that wasn't serving me, and guided me into a self-discovery journey that empowered me to make lasting change with my pricing. This change was made to honor my ancestors and all the sacrifices they made to get me where I am today."

The question that stopped my emotions It wasn't "what should I DO about this?" Reader, This weekend I was in the feels, going through Kleenex like I had stock in it. It was the same old pattern: my son upset my daughter. They started fighting. I got overwhelmed. The tears started rolling. It's been a pattern for years. I always assumed I was releasing old emotions… but I never actually felt better afterward. Now that I only see them part time, I don't want to be the mom that cries whenever...

Where can you get wild? Break your mold this week! Reader, I'm in a group right now with the coach I did my Spiritual Coaching certification through. We started the summer with one of my favorite pieces of homework: Where can you get wild in your life? She asked us to break out mold. To do something different. Why this matters is because our lives become routine. We wake up, get dressed the same way, think the same thoughts, and make the same choices. But if nothing changes...nothing changes....

Stop blindly Trusting the Process Yesterday, I woke up to a sight that felt so serendipitous, I still don't have words to describe it. To my left - my new guy, still sleeping. Right above him - a canvas on the wall that said, "Trust the Process." If you read my email from earlier this week, you'll know it's been a year since I decided to get divorced. That decision turned out to be a Master Class in trusting the process! I chose to move on based not on circumstances, but on a feeling… a...
