A couple years ago, I started learning about a process that has since skyrocketed my confidence, accelerated my business, and created space for more joy in my life.

(No, it's not positive thinking or affirmations. I'd already been doing those.)

​

I call it "future self embodiment."

​

What I mean by that is - I imagined myself in the future already having accomplished my goals. I asked myself questions like:

👗 What is she wearing?

🖊️ How is she making decisions about her business?

😎 How does she feel when she walks into a room and talks about her work?

​

Then - I started acting like her.

👗 Dressing as she would dress if she was at a big event.

🖊️ Saying yes to the sorts of things she'd say yes to.

😎 Talking about myself with confidence, even when I didn't have the "right" words.

And so much more.

It was so transformative (and fun!) that I want to bring a version of the practice to you!
