With Spring Forward starting today, spring feels suddenly within reach!

I came across something a while back that suggested the "real" new year is actually in March. Their argument made sense to me: in winter, nature rests and goes inward. Spring is when the plants start to come back, animals give birth, and nature is ready to start anew.🌹

​

As part of nature, it makes sense that we'd follow a similar cycle.

​

So if you're starting to feel something stir within you… you're right on time!

​

(If not, of course honor your body and your natural impulses. We all do life on our own schedule. There are no rules for anything except those you hold yourself to.)

​

As we move closer to the Spring Equinox and official first day of spring, I'd suggest spending time nurturing the voice you feel calling you. That voice is a call from the future version of you - the one that already has your desires.

🖊️ Grab a notebook, pour your matcha, and let the words / ideas / visions flow.

​

Listen to her goals. Her desires. The impact she's making in the world. Let her tell you all the amazing things you've accomplished by letting her lead you into the future.

As the words flow onto your page, imagine yourself having accomplished everything and more. Feel the words light up your body. In your imagination, step into the version of you that's already there. Feel it. Smell it. See it. Imagine what it's like to move like her. Talk like her. Make money like her.

​

You don't have to rush this. Let it sit within you and activate you. Then, see what action you feel inspired to do from this activated space.

That version of you? She's not separate from you. She's already inside you. It's time for you to meet her.
