I've been running some experiments lately, seeking to understand just how in control of our reality we are.

Turns out… more than we've been led to believe!

Most people (in my world, anyway) are familiar with the idea that our thoughts create our reality. They'll use that idea to say some affirmations and hope their life changes.

The problem with most affirmations is they stay surface-level and only impact 5-10% of our lives. Our subconscious beliefs, which are stored underneath the surface of our awareness, have a much larger influence over what shows up for us. That's why people can affirm something for years without any result.

Money is a big topic in the spiritual / manifestation space. If you are into any Law of Attraction work, you've probably heard that idea that your subconscious beliefs show up in your money situation.

But the reality is - it's not just money. Everything around us is a reflection of our subconscious. Other ways I've noticed my subconscious impacting my world is in how people talk to me, and how my body looks and feels.

That's what I break down in this week's episode: some crazy ways I've seen my subconscious thoughts play out in my life.

In addition to that, I talk about how our subconscious actually gets programmed and simple ways we can change what's in there.

If you're looking to make some sort of change in your life and nothing is sticking, this is probably your missing link. Your life can only reflect what is in your subconscious. When you learn how to see, and change, what beliefs are stored in there, you will start to notice sustainable changes in your life.
