Welcome to... I'll tell you below!
As I've been mentioning - things are shifting! I shared in this week's podcast that the FEM concept, as cheeky as it was, never really felt right to me. So, it's RIP time.
With death of something always comes the birth of another!
I'm excited to share some changes to the foundation of my brand, which you'll see reflected in this newsletter, my social media, my to-be named podcast, and the events I'm offering.
As I shared in the podcast, I've worked with a couple coaches in the past year who keep pressing me - are you working with corporate women or entrepreneurs? PICK ONE.
I've gone toward entrepreneurs, since that's what I know right now.
It felt partially correct, but was never completely there.
The most recent coach I worked with gave me permission to do what's been feeling right for a while: niche down to high achievers.
They exist in corporate and building businesses. And maybe even as stay-at home moms, or doing community events.
The common thread is their motivation, not their role.
They overwork in an effort to prove something.
They think their value is in how much they know or have achieved.
They alter who they are to be liked and agreeable to those around them.
My intention with this audience is to bring these women out of their heads and back into their bodies. When you live in the body, you have access to your own wisdom, truth, and magnetism that's impossible to access when you live from the head-up.
I've been tentatively calling this your "It Factor." To me, a woman's "it factor" is the energy she exudes when she's living from her highest truth and creativity.
It's not about charisma or being loud. It's about a soft-yet-powerful presence. The kind that makes people around her wonder - what the hell did she eat for breakfast?
✋🏽 Would any of you like some of that?
With that, my newsletter will also be shifting.
Instead of me sending emails about what I know or have learned, I'm going to be sending weekly ✉️ It Factor Invitations.
These will be journal prompts, activities, or other exercises to help you access that feminine energy. You may choose to do them, or not. The main thing for me is I stop "teaching" and start having you try this work on for yourself.
So - what's next?
This is long enough, so your first It Factor Invitation will be next week. 😊
In the mean time, watch your email tomorrow for a super exciting announcement about my next offering! If you've been toying with the idea of working with me privately, you'll want to catch this one.
Upcoming Events
📅 Future Self Mixer - the next one is tentatively scheduled for Friday, May 30 at 8:00 am. I'm waiting for written confirmation before sharing too broadly, but save the date and you'll hear once tickets are available!

"My experience with Andrea surpassed my expectations! She took the time to understand where I was at, what I was struggling with, and where I wanted to be. Through our coaching sessions she was able to tap into different thought patterns and beliefs that were holding me back and not allowing me to move forward. She gave me tactical and actionable tools to use as these thought patterns come up so I can move through them. Working with Andrea gave me the confidence to go after the life I want to be living and show up in this world the way I was meant to!" Monica

The Embodied Edge I held my second Future Self Mixer a couple days ago. One theme that stood out to me was the difference between how we see ourselves and how we're perceived by others. The ladies that were there were bosses - movers and shakers in the community. Yet many shared how they didn't feel confident in themselves, or still struggled with imposter syndrome - even when it didn't come across to those they met. As their greatness was reflected back to them by the other women, they...
The Embodied Edge The Future Self Mixer is this week! Sometimes, being embodied doesn't mean doing more or newer things. It can mean more fully utilizing what we already have! ✉️ This week, I want you to tune into your senses more fully. Our senses are how we experience the world around us. Yet most of us only half tune in while our focus stays in our brain, spinning on whatever it's worried about. I like this exercise from Eckhart Tolle: use your senses without needing to comment on or label...
The Embodied Edge As a kid, I loved dancing. Yet somewhere along the path to adulthood I stopped doing it so much. Now that I'm being more intentional with how I feel, I'm bringing it back as a way to boost my energy and my mood. Moving your body helps move stagnant energy and make space for more of the feel good stuff to come in. ✉️ If you've hesitated dancing, this week I want you to try it. Just for a song. Just to see how it feels! If you're nervous, wait until you're alone in the house....
