If all went well with my travel plans, I should be home from Cuba and at my son's wrestling tournament right now!

My last night plans involved getting home late, showering, and going straight to bed. SorryNotSorry I didn't add "writing a brilliant email" to my night. (Nothing brilliant would come after a day of traveling anyway!)

​

As I'm writing this before I leave, all I know is I can't wait to unpack the trip for you.

​

This is a trip that entailed:

✔️ Spending the most money I've ever spent on travel.

✔️ Stepping away from my business for a week.

✔️ Leaving the kids home with a less-than-excited dad.

✔️ Packing "just in case" antibiotics (for the… you know… 💩).

✔️ Traveling with people I mostly didn't know

✔️ to a country with less-than-reliable internet and frequent power outages.

All I knew when I said "yes" was that my Soul was calling me there. It was my job to listen and walk through any fears that came up along the way.

​

That's what this journey is all about.

​

Telling the difference between the nudges from your Soul and the fear in your body.

​

Knowing that those nudges are designed to be your guidance system to a life you can't see, but is more spectacular than your tiny human brain can fathom.

​

Knowing that you won't know why you have the nudges, or where they may lead you, until after you follow them. 👣

​

Knowing that the fear will come up, but it's no longer in charge and doesn't get to decide how you live your life.

​

That's the journey. One giant lesson in trusting a power bigger than you, feeling fear without acting on it, and surrendering to a level of guidance beyond your comprehension.

​

If you're ready to stop trying to "figure it all out" and let yourself be guided, invite your Soul in to lead the way. We have free will and it won't step in without an invitation.
