💫 You're allowed to be grateful & still want more

The Embodied Edge

Wanting more doesn’t make you ungrateful. It makes you honest.

Thanksgiving has a way of bringing that tension to the surface, doesn't it?

If you're anything like the women I know, you have a lot to be grateful for:

  • Family.
  • Friends.
  • Health.
  • Your career.
  • The life you've worked so hard to create.

And—if you're anything like many of the women I know—

there’s also something deeper calling you.

A sense that there’s a new version of you ready to emerge.

A new chapter of your life waiting to be written.

No one talks about how uncomfortable that can be.

To have a good life you “should” be grateful for, while simultaneously feeling that there’s more for you.

But I will talk about it.

Because that inner calling doesn’t mean you’re frivolous or ungrateful.

It means a higher version of you is being awakened.

A “you” who is more confident, joyful, and fulfilled.

Who has tools to transmute negative thoughts into positive ones,

and anxiety into peace.

This weekend—while the world is running discounts on things—

you actually don’t need more stuff.

What truly changes your life is when you confidently claim the life that’s calling you.

That’s what my One-Month Intensive is built for.

To tap you into the knowing of the life that’s calling you forward,

and to move your inner roadblocks out of the way so you can begin becoming her.

As a thank you for being in my world, I’m offering a rare 20% off if you commit before December 19.

➡️ If you're feeling the nudge, you can learn more about my work here.

📅 And if you're ready to explore this deeper, you can hop on my calendar for a no pressure chat.

Stop settling in a life that doesn’t feel right and calling it “grateful.”

The most honorable thing you can do for yourself—and for your purpose—is to be honest with yourself.

"Andrea was so plugged in to me and my higher self that I always felt safe enough to make big discoveries and big revelations. I wasn't charging enough for my services and she showed me, in many different ways, why that wasn't serving me, and guided me into a self-discovery journey that empowered me to make lasting change with my pricing. This change was made to honor my ancestors and all the sacrifices they made to get me where I am today."

The Embodied Edge We had our second-to-last Future Self Accelerator call yesterday. There was a theme with the women I coached: both in a job, but also applying for new ones. When they closed their eyes and tuned into the energy of their current job, both actually felt pretty good about where they are. With that, we explored the parts that don't feel good. ✔️ For one, it was lack of confidence with customers. ✔️ For the other, it was feeling unheard by her boss. (Who can relate to at least...

The Embodied Edge I hear this a lot lately: "I know what to do. I’m just not doing it." Like the woman who tells her team it's safe to fail—yet holds herself back from taking her own risks. Or the leader who knows she can handle a major pivot at work—yet fears losing her autonomy. Here’s what I've learned: Knowing is surface-level. Doing is embodied. Your mind read books and stacks knowledge. Your body remembers past pain, failure, rejection, embarrassment… and it protects you by creating...

The Embodied Edge I don't know about you, but I've been on a quest to have more fun. As the straight-A oldest child, I grew up thinking life was supposed to be serious. It was so extreme that I remember sitting through Toy Story at the movie theaters stifling laughter because "I was too mature to laugh." ⏩ Fast forward to today. When I tune into my Future Self - she's not serious at all! She's laughing, meeting people, and having the time of her life. Current self? Let's just say... I'm...
